Mel Tillis will not be down for breakfast

Singer, songwriter, and one-time telegram reader Mel Tillis has passed away.

You might have guessed from the intro that I enjoyed his appearance in, “The Villain.”

Overcoming a speech impediment that many find embarrassing, he made a name for himself and set an example for all.

mapo will not be down for breakfast

It is with great sadness that I pass on news of one of our o n. mapo worked for Disney Security, and lost her battle with cancer yesterday morning. On a personal note, she helped me come to terms with reality in 2009. I was only able to meet her once, and I heard from others who worked with her what...

Glen Campbell will not be down for breakfast

His song, Summer Nights made it onto the Awesome Mix Vol. 2. I call that a good call on the part of the producers of Guardians of the Galaxy.

Re: The Kitchen Sink

Now, ask me how I do burgers sous vide! :hamburger: Definitely going to ask; only thing I won't do is have the bun - avoiding sugar, bread, pasta, soda, all that stuff since October 6 - but nothing wrong with the meat! Oh, and as far as fat: If it's grass-fed beef, you actually want to keep the fat...

Re: The Kitchen Sink

Simplest recipe ever. Rump roast, keep all the juices, vacuum seal, put in at various temperatures (still experimenting). I've been experimenting with different temperatures to taste the beef at all levels of doneness. While it was not my favorite of the sous vide options, I will say two days at 58°...

Re: The Kitchen Sink

Been there. Now that I don't really do donuts it's not a place I go. But I did enjoy the bacon maple bar when I was visiting one of their establishments in Portland. Did you see they've gone interstate and international? I've heard reports they're headed to Downtown Disney.

Cheshire Figment Will Not Be Down For Breakfast

The other day, CycloneMan reported that Cheshire Figment is no longer with us. You might have seen him at Disney World on the coolest ECV ever because it was painted in the colors of Figment. I was fortunate enough to meet him. I will remember him for his vast knowledge of Disney, great sense of sna...
