Stop coming in the wrong flippin' entrance!

My park has a dedicated employee entrance, which is not on the main road as the two guest parking entrances. We allow employees to park in either employee parking or regular parking when they're visiting the park as a guest, but they MUST go through the employee entrance when they're going to work. Apparently, this was not covered in training enough this year. Most of them were fairly nice when we told them that next time they needed to use the employee entrance, but... well... yeah...
Me: Tired, overworked tolls associate
SE: Stupid foods employee
SG: Stupid foods employee's mother
Me: Good morning! *looks in car and sees SE wearing a uniform* I know they might not have told you, but you need to use the employee entrance if you're on your way to work. You can ask your supervisor for directions. It's okay today, but-
SG: DON'T F***ING LECTURE ME! I KNOW MY RIGHTS!
Me: Ma'am, I-
SE: I WORK HERE! YOU'LL DO WHAT I SAY!
Me: Um, I work here too...
SG: WELL, F*** YOU!
They drove off before I could hand his ID back. Can you guess whose supervisor got a call about his behavior? :D:
(Pet peeve of mine: employees being rude. I don't care if you're working or not, if you have your ID out, you need to be polite. Actually, even if you don't have your ID out, you need to be polite. Guess what? Whether you're in uniform or not doesn't matter, you can still be written up for behavior. Ever read the employee guidebook? No? I can tell. :mad :)
