A Charlie Brown Chrismas

Yes, it was a sad holiday season at the Contemporary this year. Even our big Christmas Tree outside was sad.

How sad? Just look!

How sad, what caused it to lean like that?

Wind...

or...

gravitational anomaly?

Or maybe....Black hole...

time warp?

.................lets do the time warp again..........

Maybe they got a used tree that was so dry the trunk warped.

They probably had the same problem on Star Trek!

Aren't the Disney trees all artificial, though?

BTW, if you've ever had a warped trunk, you know how painful that can be.

Won't penicillin take care of that?

We've got a warped board again. Stupid thing says that there's no new posts, but I can view those made in the last 24 hours by clicking a link. I've been told to clear cookies, but I tried that once and it didn't work. I wish these boards would work like they should. This is the only one of that does it of the ones I subscribe to.

Strange. I never have problems like that on here or on the other board I visit. The only time I get the link to view the last 24 hours is when there are no new posts. It's like the board is thinking you've viewed all of the posts even if you haven't.

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

I saw that happen and know why.

Tree was put up crooked to start, then we had high winds that day, in fact a tornado touched down in Osceola county that day. High winds broke one of the guy wires, shortly after, a crane was brought in to fix it.
