Fair game is the behavior of Brazilians, cheerleaders, and other miscreant groups.

Fouls will be called when bashing them simply for breathing.

"A horde of Brazilians were screaming non-stop today," is fine, but, "Brazilians suck!" isn't.

See the difference?

Once you master that distinction, you can move on to more advanced forms, such as, "Screaming Brazilians suck!" which leaves open the possibility that non-screaming Brazilians might not.
