Re: Glow With The Show Ears
I'm guessing it might be similar to the Pal Mickey technology maybe?

Re: Legoland is coming to Toronto (sort of)
What? I can understand wind, but rain, lightning, and snow? Lightning must be strobe lights, rain might be misters, but how are they going to accomplish snow?a 4D cinema where action is accompanied by wind, rain, lightning and snow.

I bet they get a lot of applications. Who doesn't want to swear at customers?

Re: Parking Tolls
It sounds like a horribly inconvenient solution by the park that is angering their repeat customers who are used to a different system. I'd be telling them that they should go talk to guest relations if they have a problem with the policy, but that you have no recourse at the parking booth. Or just...

Re: Parking Tolls
There's two reasons: 1. People were getting multiple cars in with their passes, which is not allowed. They were having one car park and wait in the drop-off area while they get their car in, then they'd walk out to the drop-off, get in that car, and use the pass again. When there's a receipt, we can...

Parking Tolls
This makes me so mad. Okay, so our season passes that include parking only scan once per day. When they park the first time, we give them a parking receipt that MUST be used if they want to reenter the parking lot. Doesn't matter that it's a season pass with parking, they MUST have the receipt or pa...

Re: Need an Advil? Call 911!
We've had people who forget the number for non-emergencies, so they call park 911 because they got a papercut.

Re: What is so Difficult about a Turnstile
I guess people really do not do any research before buying tickets. This is something I just do not understand. If I am going to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on tickets I want to be a 100 percent sure they are legit. Buying something like tickets off craiglist just seems so risky. Als...

What part of "you didn't pay for it" don't you understand?
Oh, I have a new least favorite phrase, and that phrase is "layaway hold". In our system, that means that the guest purchased a "buy now, pay later" pass, where they can buy and print the voucher in December and on, and they'll be charged for them April 1 (no, there's really not ...

Re: "No Smoking Here!" Means "Finish Your Cigarette" To Some People
I should mention, I mean the smoking area is placed directly on the park side of the gate employees use to get into the park- we aren't like Disney parks that have extensive backstage areas, we only have two access points for employees to enter and leave the park. And one of them has an easily-movab...
