As far as I know, from the front desk aspect, that there are no refunds on tickets. kind of like the dining plan, if they start using the tickets they either use 'em or lose 'em (unless they're non-expiring).

One thing i find increasingly difficult with my current role is that my schedule changes every week due to random third days off. but even with that I tend to check and re-check and re-re-check, etc. Not only THAT but with cellphones nowadays, it should be rather EASY to setup one's schedule on it. ...
