Re: Why wait in line?
My opinion is that if they are under legal driving age, they shouldn't be behind the wheel..... I don't care how skilled their ten year old is! If it a private ECV not a rental then the driver may be whatever age. If it has been bought for them, you can't tell them they can't use it. I h...

Thank You
This stupid guest was at WDW at the end of July for 4 days and I must say I did not meet one bad CM. They were all great! Best trip I have had in a long time.
If any of you know Lazaro and Indira from the Christmas Shop in Liberty Square tell them that I will see them in September again.

While ADA says you may not ask the persons disability, you can ask what service does the dog provide for you.

Why?
Why is it, everytime a Disney employee is arrested for something they did off the job on their own time does the news have to emphasize that they are a Disney employee. They rarely do that to other employers. What does Disney have to do with the fact they were charged with DUI or is a child abuser o...

Re: Rude guests and their cell phones...
I really have a love hate relationship with my cell phone. I hate the voice part and love the text. I have only once taken a call in a show and that was my sign language professor notifying me I passed my evaluation and she was enrolling me in ASL 3 and conversational skills. I was elated but cut it...

Re: Rude guests and their cell phones...
Today, I had a guest in the front row who, about three quarters through the safari, made or took a call. He made it clear that I was interrupting, and it sounded important, so I let him do his thing. Finally, his daughter started getting really embarrassed and started quietly screaming at him. Sorr...

Re: Disney to Close Pleasure Island's Six Night Clubs
Very disappointed that Comedy Warehouse and Adventurer's Club are closing. Never bothered with the others but loved those 2. Now what am I going to do in the evening? I hope they have an improv club somewhere in the new mix. No Improv at Disney is a crime.

Re: Cascades, Downtimes, and SGs
I am very understanding of guests with hearing loss, but I do need to know how I can be of more assistance. I can turn on closed captioning for the pre-show or personally explain the procedures as long as you communicate with me. I can't help if I don't know there is an issue. ;) I do let CM know I...

Re: Cascades, Downtimes, and SGs
Lines would move a lot faster if guests would pay attention to safety instructions allowing us to do our job faster. It would help if CM would be more aware of guests with hearing losses. We often don't hear the full spiel. It becomes garbled in the background noise of other guest talking and ignor...
